André is an expert in health and retirement insurance with degrees from HEC Paris and an Executive Public Health MBA from EHESP and ESCP Europe. A Certified Member of the French Institute of Actuaries, he has dedicated his career to the insurance industry.
He played a key role in the creation and leadership of the last French compulsory health insurance fund, leading it for 16 years. He later managed a supplemental health insurer, where he launched a successful product line that increased membership by 40%. As CEO of Mutuelle MGC, he restored growth and profitability.
André also served as Treasurer of the French foundation “FORCE,” helping turn around its financial situation and reputation. His extensive experience makes him a prominent figure in healthcare reform.
